Doing a production is easy. doing it well and on time is something else.
At Booma, we do all as perfect as possible.
How do we do? We make and do control at every single steps.
We perform quality control check to be sure that what the supplier is producing is 100% similar as the sample you approved and in the time it supposed to be delivered. We perform checks at the beginning, middle and end of the production.
We verify that the factory uses the right material, subcontracts the order etc.
If there are any tests and/or certificates to be set up, we will hire an independent laboratory group to do them and confirm the certificates of the company.
Production is not with your standards, we will never send it to you, except of course if you ask us to.
Anything happenned during transportation that is our fault? We will replace it ASAP
Having engineering part done, we make sure the production schedules, inventory, payements are respected.
We go at each steps of production and make sure that everything runs smoothly.
We got our own team of QA&QC that go everyday on every production.
We don’t work with AQL as we want to be the most perfect possible, we do check almost each produced piece.
On a yearly basis, we have 0,2% quality issues.

If you got specific norms please don’t hesitate to ask, as 99% of time, we have done it in the past.
Our products are guarantee by different levels of process, quality and norms, but of course problems can happen during transport, some pieces missed or just simple mistakes.
That is why if our product is deffective we will simply refund it to you or replace it for free, wherever it is.
Reason? It’s because we simply trust that we do our job in the best possible way and that if something wrong happenned, we should be the one to be blamed and to pay for it.
